CASA NUOVA DAIRYThe company “caseificio casanuova” was established as a cooperative company in 1967, but it was already operating since 1947. The main activity is the processing of fresh milk for the production, seasoning and sales of the typical cheese grana padano dop. The yearly production settles on ca 14.800 wheels of cheese. The dairy has obtained the uni en iso 22005:2008 – rt17 sincert certification (on the supply chain traceability). It is a very important acknowledgement since it involves the whole production chain until the moment the cheese starts the seasoning process.
